OTHER FEES:
$35 Non-refundable Application Fee ($60 for a family
enrolling more than one child) for new students paid at time of application. This will
not hold your child's name on the waiting list. (see reservation fee)
*$750/$820 Non-refundable Reservation Fee/tuition
Deposit will be paid at time of confirmation to hold your child's space for the enrollment year. Deposit
depends on tuition plan chosen*. (Deposit will be applied to the end of monthly tuition payments for
the year of enrollment and if tuition is paid annually, it will be returned on the last day of enrollment year. )
*$750/$820 Summer Non-refundable Reservation
Fee/tuition Deposit will be paid at time of confirmation to hold your child's space for the enrollment
summer session. Deposit depends on tuition plan chosen*. (If deposit is paid by March 31st prior to enrollment summer, deposit will be applied to the end of monthly tuition payments
for the year of enrollment and if tuition is paid annually, it will be returned on the last day of enrollment summer.)
$50 Late Tuition Payment Fee for
monthly tuition plans not paid on/by the last day of the month prior to the due month. If installments are not
received by due date, the late fee will be assessed and your child will not be admitted until payment has been made.
Waiting list: In the event the classroom is full when you enroll and/or enrollment is sent in before
enrollment time, you may be contacted of your acceptance to our waiting list and pay 50% of the non-refundable Deposit/Reservation
Fee to hold your child on the waiting list. Once a space is available, you may then pay the remaining 50% of the non-refundable
Deposit/Reservation Fee to confirm placement.
Early Arrival & Late Pick-up Fee- $10 for each 15-minute period or portion thereof. This fee is payable at the time the early or late pick-up
occurs. Child will not be admitted if not paid by the next school day.
*Monthly payments may be paid with a 4% charge starting the 10 payments September 1 of enrollment year and paid
in consecutive months until May of the enrollment year. The 10th payment may come out of the current academic deposit/reservation fee
the Last day of school unless forfeited due to not meeting enrollment deadline; then the 10th payment will be split and due
1/2 April 1st of the enrollment year and 1/2 due with May 1st payment of the enrollment year.
Summer tuition must be paid prior to the first day of summer session in full unless
a monthly payment plan has been set up. The summer session monthly payments may be paid with a 4% charge starting
the 4 payments June 1st of enrollment summer and paid in consecutive months until August of current enrollment
summer with the fourth payment due August 15th of the enrollment summer. (If child is enrolled by March 31st of academic
year prior to enrollment summer session, then the fourth payment may come out of the Summer session Reservation deposit.)
Payment Method- Cash or check made out to "Little
Orchard Montessori School". (A returned check will result in future cash payments only.)
Extended or All Day Schedules must be planned at the start of the academic
year/summer session and kept until the session ends. (Kept on a consistant basis for your child in mind!)
Academic year is September through

Enrollment Year
is the coming academic year in which you are currently enrolling in.
Preference is given to children who have had previous Montessori experience if enrolling at age 4
1/5 or older but not limited to. The optimum time for a child to start in a Montessori classroom is 3 (or earlier
depending on the child.) Siblings of currently enrolled students prior to the March enrollment deadline have priority
as well.
Appointment
required for new parents to tour the classroom and facility prior to enrollment acceptance.
